Organization for Participatory Development (OPD) was registered in 1992 as a non-government organization working in Gujranwala District. The PO started its credit program in 1993 with the technical and financial support of Rs.350,000 from OPP, Karachi. OPD’s mission is to help people in building their capacities through various interventions (credit, education & health) to be able to lead the development of their own.
