Smart Message Viewer” system (SMV) is a client server based applications, SMV lets you post emergency must-read messages that automatically appear to the LAN users on slider, no matter what application they are in! SMV will work transparently at client machines. Scrolling messages will appear on slider at bottom of the client screen in text format. Application small icon also appears at system tray. SMV is capable enough to control the scrolling speed, graphical presentation of the messages and other default options. New version SMV 2.0 now works on 32 bit network drivers and Windows 95/98/2000.

	Smart Message Viewer – Server Application

	With Smart Message viewer server side application, administrator can manage all the messages. Administrator have full control to add new messages, Edit old messages, active/inactive the running messages and also change the graphical representation of the message using Font face, style and color. All the changes will be recorded at centralize database and client will be refreshed automatically. Application architecture is very strong and there is no load on memory as well as network and also occupy the very low resources of the system and processor.

	Message Manager:

	Message manager will enable administrator to manager all the message along with client end view and message scrolling settings. Administrator can view the list of all the Active/inactive messages. User can see the current running message at client end and also can update the following options. • Edit Messages • Find Message • Active/Inactive Message

	Add Message :

	Administrator can add new messages using this screen and also can set the message status (Active/Inactive). Using this module user can also change the Font Face, Font Size and the color of the message. Some of the options are following • Message Title • Message Detail • Status (Active/Inactive) • Date • Font Face, size and color of Title and Detail

	Default Settings:

	Administrator can set the following options of message scrolling and other modules • Message Scrolling Speed • Scroller Background Color • Default Settings of Font Face, Size, Color of Title and detail • Block the Client to Exit from the client application

	Smart Message Viewer – Client Application

	Smart Message viewer client side application automatically runs when any user login at the machine. Application load in system tray and small icon appears at tray. All the active messages will reside in memory and appear in scrolling text format at bottom of the screen. User can also view detail list of all the active messages.
	Client application will run in the system tray and automatically connect to the server. All the messages will refresh automatically and scroll the latest updates messages. Some of the options are following

	Message Refresh
	Exit (This option is available if authorized by administrator)

	Message Scroller:

	Scroller is fixed window appears above on task bar. All other program windows will open above the Message Scroller. Message scroller scroll all the Active messages with message title and detail in text format.
